Day 2 // Happiness Journal Prompts

Todays journal prompts are helpful at easing an anxious mind. These are four questions I like to ask myself in times when I feel like I need a little grounding.

  1. What would it feel like to forgive myself? 
  2. What does my perfect day look like? 
  3. What is something I need to let go of?
  4. What are some self-care ideas for when I’m feeling overwhelmed?
